Sometimes you don't want to sell, but would just like to give something away. Many things, new and old, could be used by someone else, yet often find themselves sitting on the curb waiting for the big trucks to haul them off.

wayMadAds is out to help curb the curbing We give you an affordable option to try to sell the item, but we also give you a great opportunity to put it into the hands of someone who could really use it for free.

If you are giving, so are we. Any member can place an ad for free in the Freeway section as long as they are giving the item away.

Even on our Freeway ads, you can upload a picture, and mark the ad as "Sold" to stop the flood of emails and calls. If the taker backs out, you can easily remove the "Sold" marking and open it back up for the next taker.

Along with getting the most use out of items and cutting down on the amount of stuff heading off to the dump, Freeway also provides a place for people to get items they really need but may not be able to afford them.

But our Give section includes more than just Freeway.

Helping Hands provides a free posting area for organizations seeking volunteers. Do you know of a non-profit, charity organization or even an event planning group that has all the volunteers they need? We don't either. In our busy lives, even people who want to volunteer may not get around to getting to a volunteer website, if they even know of one. We help bring volunteer opportunities to everyday life so people looking for jobs, cars and homes can take that little click towards volunteering.

Beyond Apples is our special educator section. After all, do you know of a teacher who doesn't help close the budget gaps with their own salary? It's great that our teachers would rather forego some things in their life to make sure there is enough construction paper for their classroom, or that they have the materials they need to demonstrate the laws of science to the young minds sitting before them. We just wanted to provide a place where they might be able to get a little extra assistance, that didn't require tax increases or referendums.
