You end up scouring the paper a couple times because you never know exactly where a potential job ad could be placed and you may have missed it the first pass. Next thing you know, you just lost 30 minutes, and hour... maybe more? Not really how you wanted to spend your Sunday.

Or you searched online, which we know most of you are. Even then, most of the searches are rather worthless... they tend to be so general that you still end up hunting through countless ads that just aren't right. Not to mention all the garbage "opportunity ads" that have taken over many of the big, popular online career sites.

We're trying to help by giving companies and employment firms the ability to add more detail, and specific detail that applies to the job you are looking for. They can actually select a job title for different jobs. They can note some details that may be very important to you... like whether the job is with a non-profit employer, or whether you can work from home, or if it is a commission only position, and very important to some people, whether the location is on a bus route.

They also have up to 2,000 characters for additional detail about the position. They can load up their logo, or an employment firm can load up their client's logo and/or their own logo, or maybe a photo that shows the great workout facility the employer has. The environment you work in may be just as important to you as anything else and we make it possible to communicate that.

When you post an employment ad, you'll even be able to see how many times that ad has been viewed. Just as important, because our ads may show up in external search results on the popular search engines, your ad is viewable by more than just wayMadAds members.
