wayMadAds provides a listing service to our members. wayMadAds is not involved in transactions, negotiations, communications or dispute resolution between members. wayMadAds does not take ownership, verify or take ownership of any items posted on the site. wayMadAds does not provide any guarantee, warranty, endorsement or claims of value, operation, service, fitful use, rightful ownership, legality or any other assurances in regards to any items listed by members.

We encourage all members to communicate with the posting member regarding any questions or concerns they may have. Members are more than welcome to seek escrow type services or other arrangements with sellers for any transactions. Buyers should discuss any such arrangements with the posting member prior to bidding or agreeing to purchase. Use of such services are at the sole discretion of both members. These services are not provided and are outside the scope of wayMadAds offering.
