Sales and use taxes

The legal requirements for sales and use taxes or the exemption of taxes for any items advertised on wayMadAds is outside the scope of this help information. We do recommend sellers post information regarding any tax requirements that the items they are posting may have, and in those cases we believe those sellers will be aware of those requirements.

As a buyer/bidder, we encourage you to contact the seller before purchase or bidding for clarification if there is any concern that the item may be subject to taxes.
