Auction Ads
Move my ad into a different category or subcategory
Members under a subscription plan can move their ads into a different category from their My Mad page, under Active Ads, and then editing the respective ad (note: auction ads cannot be moved once a bid has been placed).
Members on fee based plans, those that require payment per ad as the ad is placed, cannot move ads from one category or subcategory into another on their own. There may be times when you realize your ad may be more appropriate in a different subcategory or in the case of a classified type ad, you may have sold your original item and have changed your ad to sell something that would fall under a different subcategory.
In these instances, please submit a request to Member Services and we can move your ad. Please provide your username and contact information along with the ad ID number and the subcategory that you want the ad moved to.
Please note that we may not be able to move your ad from one category to another due to differences in cost and available ad features within the different categories.
It may be best to leave your current ad until we move your ad. Some subcategories may have different category specific questions to assist you that won't be available for you to enter until your ad is placed within that subcategory.
