Contacting members

Everyone is welcome to browse the ads on wayMadAds without having to register. If a member has posted their contact information, then you are more than welcome to contact them even without registering.

Please note that some information outside of the description area, like phone numbers, websites, and the mapping function, are only available to registered members who are logged in. The ability to contact a member or forward the ad to a friend also requires members to be logged in.

We do require membership to view these other information fields as a service to all members to help provide an added measure of security and protect their email from being picked up by spambots.

Please note that contacting any members through wayMadAds for the purpose of solicitation, a commercial nature or for reasons other than legitimate interest in their ad is strictly prohibited. Wel also encourage any members receiving spam in this manner to forward these emails on to us so that we can take the appropriate actions which may include:

• warnings
• suspension of membership
• banning of IP or domain
• reporting to anti-spam agencies
• collection for violations of CAN-SPAM
